Area 3 (‘Society’): Improve on-farm practices to enhance consumer acceptability and address societal challenges associated with animal welfare, product quality and safety, biodiversity and provision of ecosystem services
I a looking for colloboration opportunities in project consortia. ı have experience on detection of mycotoxigenic fungi, mycotoxins, residual of antibiotics, other emergent contaminants both in animal feed and in dairy products. Furthermore, i can work on prevention of the occuurence of mycotoxins, antibiotics, contaminants, residuals and to control and reduce the usage of additives in dairy feed and products. Previosly, i worked in GO-GLOBAL project (EU 6th Framework) which was on food safety and sustainable preventive actions on emerging food safety risks in the global platform.
