Area 1 (‘Economy’): Improve the productivity, resilience and competitiveness of European Animal Production
Our Centre is interested in all topics of Area 1. We evaluate the incorporation of local protein, tannins, natural vitamins in the diet and the effect on production and quality.
My Department is focussed mainly in ruminants. We work in several topics: nutrition, reproduction, genetic, socio-economic factors, farming system. We are studying feeding systems, sustainability, animal product quality, reproduction and genetics parameters in ruminants.
